摘要
某型导弹地面发控电子装备采用集中控制管理的工作模式,在使用与维修中,检测到电路板级的维修是最终级的。电子装备电路板集成化程度和元件的密集度较高,拆装不便,受环境影响故障监测信息获取难度较大。基于此,文章采用电路仿真软件,对电路板软、硬故障仿真测试,基于最大故障信息量诊断准则,建立了故障搜索诊断树。该方法充分利用诊断信息,每步搜索按故障特征信息量最大的特征进行,动态地调整故障搜索路径,能实现具有惟一性的最佳搜索寻因定位故障。
The Electronic equipment in a certain ground guided missile adopts the central control mode.In this mode,the maintenance to the circuit board is the final level.The integration of the circuit board and the components is high,so it is inconvenient to mount or unmount.And it is difficult to receive fault monitoring information in environment.So,in this text,circuit simulation software is adopted to test the software and hardware fault.Then the fault searching diagnose tree is built based on the largest fault information diagnosis norm.This method makes full use of diagnosis information.Each step is searched according to the characteristic of the largest fault information.And the fault search route is adjusted dynamically to realize the optimum fault search.
