摘要
在分析美制梯形螺纹(爱克母螺纹)标准的基础上,推导出了非标准系列爱克母螺纹的基本尺寸及公差的设计计算方法,解决了以前只能参照我国梯形螺纹公差标准体系进行设计、计算、标注,以致造成尺寸及公差体系混乱的问题。该方法将会为我国科技人员在设计梯形螺纹时提供极大的便利,同时会大大提高各企业间石油机械产品的互换性。
The calculation method on the dimensions and tolerances was deduced for Acme non-standard screw threads after making a standard analysis on the.This method eliminated disorder of size and tolerance that depended on complying domestic trapezoidal thread to design,calculate and mark.Thus the domestic enterprises can put this method into practice conveniently for improving interchangeability of petroleum machinery products.
