摘要
随着固井工艺的不断创新和发明,油田对固井设备的要求越来越高,连续地、大批量地混配出高质量的水泥浆是当今世界固井技术的发展方向。通过市场调研,研发了一种批混罐容积为16m3(100桶)的车装式固井批量混浆车,包括2个容积为8 m3(50桶)的批混罐、混浆罐、自动混浆控制系统及可以连续批量混浆的管路流程、液压系统等。对HJC16型批量混浆车整体方案及技术重点进行了详细介绍。
Along with the continuous innovation and development of cementing process,the demand of cementing equipment has increased higher and higher.Now development direction is to mix and make continuous superior slurry with large batch.Through market research,a new kind of truck-mounted batcher with tank capacity of 16m3（100 barrel） was developed,which consists of batch mixing tank with capacity of 8m3（50barrel）（2sets）,mixing tank,automatic mixing control,pipelines,hydraulic system,etc.A detailed introduction of general scheme and high technology on HJC16 batcher is given in this paper.
