摘要 设计的新型棘轮换向长冲程抽油机采用棘轮自动换向变速箱,通过棘轮和换向系统实现变速箱输出轴的正反向旋转,进而实现抽油机的上、下冲程;采用塔架结构实现长冲程采油;平衡系统采用天平式平衡原理设计,并进行了力学分析。现场试验表明,该抽油机能大幅度降低能耗,对油田节能增效将产生重大的影响。 In order to achieve better purpose of long stroke pumping unit with oil extraction, under meeting the premise of oil production technology requirements, a new changing-rotation by ratchat long stroke pumping unit's structure's principle design was developed. The automatic ratchat reducer through ratchet and change direction system were used to achieve gearbox output shaft's rotation of the forward and backward, so as to achieve the pumping unit's upper and low- er stroke. The pumping unit tower structure was used to achieve long-stroke oil. The balance principle is used for balance system. Its mechanical analysis, balanced design was made as well. The on site operation showed that significant energy consumption was achieved, it brings a significant effect on energy-saving for oil fields.
