摘要
在摸清 CCD等光电器件的辐射效应及机理后 ,根据具体工作环境的要求 ,研究在核辐射的水中工作的电视观测系统的设计。探讨了 CCD的 γ电离辐射 (累积损害 )效应。主要分析了 γ射线对 CCD的表面损伤效应和对 CCD各结构部分的影响 ,以及 γ射线对 CCD工作参数漂移的影响 ,提出了 CCD抗 γ累积剂量辐射加固的主动及被动方案。介绍了在核辐射的水中工作的电视观测系统不同于普通电视观测系统的一些技术问题及在实际工程设计中采用的几项关键技术。
After understanding the radioactive effect and the mechanism of photoelectrical devices such as CCD,the design of the TV inspection system working under the nuclear radioactive water is studied according to the concrete requirements of the operating environment. The effects ofγ ionizing radiation for CCD device(accumulated damage) are investigated.The surface damage effect of CCD caused byγ- ray,its influence on various structural parts of CCD and operating parameters wandering of CCD are mainly analyzed. The active and passive concepts for strengthening the anti- radiation measures of CCD for accumulatedγ- ray dose radiation are proposed. Some technical problems used for the underwater TV inspection system operating in nuclear radiation water which are different from the common TV inspection system and several key technologies authors used in the practical project design are introduced
