摘要
论述一种新型数显光电测微仪 ,它的核心器件是位置敏感器件 PSD(PositionSensitive Detector) ,此测微仪具有原理新颖、结构和信号处理电路简单、示值稳定性好且成本低廉等特点。
A new type of digital display photoelectric minimeter for which the key device is a position sensitive detector is described in the paper.The minimeter has the features of new principle,simple constitution and signal processing circuit, stable display value and low cost.
