聚苯硫醚吹塑薄膜的结构与性能 被引量:3

摘要 采用哈克挤出-吹塑设备制备出聚苯硫醚薄膜,借助于差示扫描量热仪、X-射线衍射仪等手段研究了拉伸比和吹胀比对薄膜结构和力学性能的影响。结果表明:拉伸比和吹胀比对薄膜的结构与力学性能有较大的影响,随着拉伸比和吹胀比的增加,薄膜在对应方向上的取向度、薄膜的结晶度和弹性模量均增加,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率则呈现先增加后下降的趋势。 The HAAKE extrusion-blow equipment was employed and polyphenylene sulfide(PPS)blown film was successfully prepared.With the analysis results of DSC and X-ray diffractometer,the impact of draw ratio and blow ratio on the structures and mechanical properties of the blown film was studied.The results showed that draw ratio and blow ratio had a great impact on the structure of the PPS blown film as well as its mechanical properties.With the increase of the draw ratio and blow ratio,the orientation degree,crystallinity,and modulus blown of the film increased,but its tensile strength and elongation at break increased firstly and then decreased.
