摘要
设计了一种用于检测供水管道泄漏声音信号的压电传感器,进行了传感器的选型、硬件电路的设计和各部分软件的设计。根据泄漏检测定位的需要,系统具有信号调理、数据采集和存储、日历时钟电路、USB通信等功能,具备低功耗、存储容量大的特点,为以后泄漏检测定位的信号处理工作提供了必要的数据依据。
This paper develops a piezo-electric sensor for acoustic signal of leaking water supply pipes,which includes the selection of the acceleration chip,the designes of the hardware circuit and every part of software.According to the needs of leak localization,this system has the funcion of signal condtioning,data acqusition and transmission,the calenda and clock circuit and USB commuinication,etc.Its features were low power consumption and bulk-storage memory.It provides the essential data for the singnal processing of the leak detection.
