摘要
文中设计的基于CAN-bus的分布式智能电阻炉温控系统,采用专用芯片AD595和AD538,实现了对炉温信号精确测量;采用改进的积分分离PID控制算法,通过输出的PWM信号控制固态继电器的导通时间,实现了对电阻炉炉温的智能化控制,并通过CAN-bus与上位管理机进行通信,解决了传统模拟分离式温控仪表的问题。结果表明:系统具有超调小、控制精度高、抗干扰性强、运行稳定等优点,具有较好的应用前景。
Based on CAN-bus,the resistance furnace temperature intelligent control system applies AD595 and AD538 to realize high-precision temperature measuring,and achieves the intelligent control under integral separation PID control algorithm,for output PWM signal controlling on-off time of SSR and input power of the resistance furnace regulated.It is an effective solution to the problem of traditional analog discrete control instruments.The experiment results show that:The system has features of higher precision,anti-jamming,steady and reliable running,and value is obtained.
