摘要
近钻头工程参数包括钻压、扭矩、温度以及环空压力等,这些参数的随钻准确测量对安全、高效钻井具有重要意义。为此,设计制作了井下近钻头工程参数随钻测量短接。详细分析了测量短接的传感部分、电路与电池的安装方式、电路保护等机械结构设计内容,分析了测量与转换电路、单片机系统设计等电子线路设计内容,然后介绍了为保证测量精度而设计的地面刻度系统及其工作原理。并说明了为适应井下工作条件而采取低功耗设计、微弱信号检测等技术措施,为近钻头工程参数随钻测量短接的工程应用奠定了基础。
The measurement of engineering parameters near the bit while drilling is of significant importance for the safety and efficiency in drilling process.These parameters include weight on bit,torque on bit,collar temperature and so on.A device for measuring these parameters was designed and developed;the mechanical structure design of the device,such as the sensor section,the installation method of circuit and battery,the protection layer of device,was analyzed in detail.The electrical circuit design which included the signal converting and central processing unit was also illustrated.The principle of the calibration system was introduced.The technical aspects,such as low energy design and weak signal detections for the downhole conditions were proposed.All of these lay a foundation for the application of this kind of technology.
