摘要
为了消除氰化镀铜带来的环境污染,实现清洁生产,自主研发了无氰碱性镀铜工艺。本文对无氰碱铜镀液的电流效率、沉积速率、分散能力、覆盖能力、稳定性以及镀层的结合力、韧性、孔隙率等进行了测试。讨论了镀液组分及操作条件的影响,并介绍了镀液的维护方法。生产应用结果表明,该工艺操作简单,镀液稳定、易控制,分散能力、覆盖能力好,镀层结合力强,适合钢铁、黄铜件、锌合金压铸件和铝合金浸锌后的预镀。
In order to eliminate environmental pollution caused by cyanide copper plating and achieve cleaner production, a cyanide-free alkaline copper plating technology was researched and developed independently. The current efficiency, deposition rate, throwing power, covering power and stability of the plating bath and the adhesion, toughness and porosity of the coating were tested. The effects of the components of the plating bath and operating conditions on the coating were discussed. The maintenance of the plating bath and precautions of the operation were introduced. Production and application showed that the process is simple to operate, the plating bath is stable and easy to control and has good throwing power, covering power and adhesion. It is suitable for pre-plating of steel, brass parts, zinc alloy diecastings and aluminum alloys after zinc immersion treatment.
