摘要 酸洗是冷轧薄板生产中的一道重要的工序,本文采用电位导数首零法来判断热轧带钢在盐酸中酸洗的终点时间,研究了盐酸质量分数、温度及破鳞对酸洗结束时间的影响。为缩短酸洗时间,提高酸液温度的效果比增大酸液浓度的效果更好。 Pickling is an important process for cold rolling. The endpoint of hydrochloric acid pickling of strip steel was determined electrochemically by the method of first zero potential differential value. The effects of mass fraction of hydrochloric acid, temperature and tensile elongation on pickling endpoint were studied. For shortening pickling time, improving pickling temperature is more significant than increasing hydrochloric acid concentration.
