Formula design of 3D stereo apparition coating

采用羟基丙烯酸树脂和异氰酸酯固化剂,添加3D立体魔幻剂和附着力促进剂,获得了3D立体幻影涂料底漆,搭配丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆,研制出3D立体幻影涂料。讨论了树脂、3D立体魔幻剂、附着力促进剂、防沉剂等对涂料性能的影响。根据配方得到的涂膜综合性能良好,具有优美的立体效果。

The 3D stereo apparition coating was prepared with a 3D stereo apparition coating primer, which is obtained by using hydroxyl acrylic resin and isocyanate as curing agent and adding stereo apparition agent and adhesion accelerator, combined with acrylic polyurethane topcoat. The effects of resin, 3D stereo apparition agent, adhesion accelerator and anti-sediment agent on coating performance were discussed. The coating obtained from the formula has good comprehensive property and a graceful stereo effect.
