摘要
民族区域自治制度是我国三大基本政治制度之一,它既是政治制度又是法律制度,这项制度的贯彻落实对推动我国少数民族地区经济社会全面发展起到了积极作用。面对新形势,我国民族区域自治制度存在着自治权未能得到有效实现、民族自治地方获得利益补偿机制不健全和民族区域自治制度贯彻落实的监督机制不完善等问题,这些问题有待于我们加以解决,以实现我国各民族真正的平等、发展与共同繁荣。
The political and law system of the ethnic group district autonomy is one of three basic political system in our country and it being carried out can promote economy and society of the national minority region positively. Facing to the new situation, we have many problem that the right of the autonomy can not achieve, the compensative system of the national autonomy place is not strengthen and supervisory system is not perfection. In order to realize real equality among the race of our nation and booming development together ,we must resolve these problem what are waiting for us.
