内关穴深浅刺对体感诱发电位的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:对比分析深刺、浅刺内关穴对体感诱发电位的影响。方法:选择健康男性受试者9例,分别记录左侧内关穴浅刺(深度约0.5cm)、深刺(深度约2.0cm)时体感诱发电位N9、N13和N20的潜伏期、波间期。结果:浅刺潜伏期N9、N13、N20与深刺潜伏期N9、N13、N20比较,P>0.05;浅刺波间期N9-N13、N13-N20与深刺波间期N9-N13、N13-N20比较,P>0.05。结论:深浅刺对体感诱发电位的影响可能没有显著性差异。 Objective:To compare the difference of Somatosensory Evoked Potential between shallow puncture and deep puncture on Neiguan point.Methods:The left PC6 of healthy volunteers were needled at different depths (2.0cm;0.5cm). Following indexes were recorded:the latency and interpeak latency of somatosensory evoked potential (N9,N13,N20). Results:the latency of shallow puncture was N9,N13,N20 by comparing with the latency of deep puncture N9,N13,N20,P0.05;the interpeak latency of shallow puncture was N9-N13,N13-N20 by comparing with the interpeak latency of deep puncture N9-N13 and N13-N20,P0.05.Conclusion:There is no obvious difference between shallow puncture and deep puncture on Somatosensory Evoked Potential on Neiguan point.
