中西医结合治疗肝硬化临床路径应用探讨

Application Investigate of Intgrated Treatment of Liver Cirrhosis Clinical Pathways

目的:试从中西医结合治疗肝硬化临床路径的应用入手,探讨中西医结合治疗肝硬化临床路径的实施可行性及实施效果。方法:采用回顾性研究,根据ICD编码查阅2005年1月—2009年1月的肝硬化病例,共收集320例乙肝肝硬化失代偿期患者的相关诊疗信息,对比应用临床路径(观察组)及未用临床路径(对照组)治疗患者的相关情况。结果:观察组患者并发症的发生、住院天数、住院总费用明显减少,对肝硬化健康知识的了解程度、满意度、临床总有效率明显提高,与对照组相比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:在中西医结合治疗的基础上应用临床路径治疗肝硬化,可以有效增进对肝硬化健康知识的了解、减少并发症的发生、提高临床疗效,缩短住院时间,减少医疗费用和提高患者的满意度,可在临床中推广应用。

Objective：To apply the Hepatic Cirrhosis Clinic pathway by conbined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,approch the feasibility and effect of it.Methods：Adopted retrospective study,read the cirrhosis cases from January 2005 to January 2009 by ICD coding.320 cases of decompensation cirrhosis were collected,contrasted after treatment in patients with clinical effects,length of hospital stay,total hospital costs and so on of the observer group（ which treated by the Hepatic Cirrhosis Clinic pathway） and the control group（ which did not treated by the Hepatic Cirrhosis Clinic pathway）.Results：Observer Group in patients with complications,hospital days and the total cost of hospitalization was significantly reduced,but with knowledge about health,satisfaction,clinical total effective rate markedly improved,Compared with the control group,the difference was significant.Conclusion：Chinese and Western Medicine in the clinical pathway based on the application of the treatment of liver cirrhosis can effectively improve the health knowledge of cirrhosis,reduce the incidence of complications and improve clinical efficacy,shorten length of stay and reduce health care costs and improve patient satisfaction,can be applied in clinical.
