天仙子对肿瘤细胞的抑制作用

目的：研究天仙子提取物体外对肿瘤细胞生长的抑制作用。方法：先采用系统溶剂法从植物天仙子中提取到一系列提取物,再运用四唑盐（MTT）比色法考察不同浓度的乙醇提取物对体外培养的人肺癌细胞增殖的影响。结果：天仙子提取物的石油醚部分、氯仿部分、乙酸乙酯部分和正丁醇部分均使肺癌细胞的增殖受到抑制,使肿瘤细胞的成活率有所下降。结论：说明天仙子在体外对癌细胞有明显的增殖抑制作用,具有良好的抗癌防癌的功效,有广阔的应用前景。

Objective：Hyoscyamus niger L.objects from outside the study of tumor cell growth inhibition.Methods：By Hyoscyamus niger L.from the system solvent extraction,to a series of extracts,using tetrazolium salt （MTT） assay study different concentrations of ethanol extract on cultured human lung cancer cell proliferation.Results：Hyoscyamus niger L.showed that the extract of some petroleum ether,chloroform and ethyl acetate part of the proliferation of lung cancer cells have different degrees of inhibition,and the administration of cells and inhibition of a positive correlation between.Conclusion：Hyoscyamus niger L.objects With good hyoscyami anti-cancer effect of cancer,have broad application prospects.
