Study on Application of Electrochemical Fingerprints for Ldentification of Rhizoma Coptidis and a Kind of False

目的:对黄连及其伪品进行鉴别。方法:通过电化学振荡技术获得黄连及其伪品的电化学指纹图谱,根据指纹图谱及其特征参数区别鉴定。结果:黄连及其伪品的电化学指纹图谱差异性明显。结论:应用电化学指纹图谱能直接、快速、准确地鉴别中药。

Objective：To identify Rhizoma Coptidis and a kind of false with electrochemical fingerprints.Methods：Electrochemical fingerprints of Rhizoma Coptidis and the false one were obtained by electrochemical oscillation technique,and Rhizoma Coptidis and the false one were identified by electrochemical fingerprints.Results：Electrochemical fingerprint Rhizoma Coptidis and the false one were obviously different.Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine was identified by electrochemical fingerprints directly,fastly and accurately.
