摘要
对《伤寒论》中汤剂的煎煮法进行了整理研究,分析了影响煎煮工艺的一些因素如药物的加工炮制、煎药用水、浸泡、煎煮次数、特殊煎煮法及加水量、煎取量、煎煮时间,并与现代汤剂煎煮的情况进行了比较,认为《伤寒论》中汤剂的煎煮法可以为现代汤剂煎煮工艺的标准化提供一些依据,使汤剂能够适应时代的发展,在满足大规模煎药要求的同时保证汤剂的质量与临床疗效。
This paper studied the decoction process in Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Diseases,discussed the factors which influenced the process,such as the process of preparing Chinese crud drugs,the water used,soaking process,decocting times,the special decocting methods,the amount of water added,the volume of decoction obtained and the time of decocting.It considered that decoction process in Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Diseases might provide the basis for the modern standardization of decoction process to guarantee the quality of decoction and curative effect.
