老年人超重或肥胖对心血管疾病危险因素的影响

Effect of overweight or obesity on risk factors of cardiovascular disease in the elderly

目的探讨老年人超重或肥胖对心血管疾病危险因素的影响。方法选择来我院疗养和体检的60岁以上老年人643例作为研究对象,按体重指数(BMI)分组后,设置正常体重组327例,超重或肥胖组316例,分别观察两组老年人的血压(SBP/DBP)、空腹血糖(FPG)、血甘油三酯(TG)、血总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、血尿酸(UA);统计两组老年人高血压病、2型糖尿病、高血脂、高尿酸血症、脂肪肝和冠心病的患病率,分析超重或肥胖与心血管疾病危险因素的相关性。结果超重或肥胖组老年人的SBP/DBP、FPG、TG、TC、LDL、UA均值均高于正常体重组,HDL低于正常体重组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);超重或肥胖组老年人的高血压病、2型糖尿病、高血脂、高尿酸血症、脂肪肝和冠心病的患病率均高于正常体重组(P<0.01);相关分析显示,老年人超重或肥胖与心血管疾病危险因素呈明显正相关。结论老年人超重或肥胖与心血管疾病密切相关,是心血管疾病的重要危险因素之一。

Objective To investigate the effect of overweight or obesity on risk factors of cardiovascular disease in the elderly. Methods 643 people over 60 who were received medical examination during convalescence in our sanatorium were enrolled.All subjects were divided into two groups according to body weight index, normal body weight group（n=327） and overweight or obesity group（n=316）.Blood pressure（SBP/DBP）,fasting plasma glucose（FPG）,triglyceride（TG）,total cholesterol（TC）,high density lipoproteins（HDL）,low density lipoprotein（LDL）and blood uric acid （UA）of the two groups were observed.The prevalence rates of hypertension,type 2 Diabetes Mellitus,hyperlipemia, hyperuricemia,fatty liver and coronary heart disease in the two groups were statistical analyzed.The relationship between overweight or obesity and risk factors of cardiovascular disease were analyzed.Results The mean values of SBP/DBP,FPG,TG,TC,LDL and UA of the overweight or obesity group were higher than that of the normal body weight group,there were significant difference between two groups.The prevalence rates of hypertension,type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, hyperlipemia,hyperuricemia,fatty liver and coronary heart disease of the overweight or obesity group were higher than that of the normal body weight group （P0.01）.Correlation analysis showed that overweight or obesity in the elderly was positively corretated with risk factors of cardiovascular disease.Conclusion Overweight or obesity in the elderly is closely related to cardiovascular disease, which is one of the important risk factors of cardiovascular disease.
