音频并超短波治疗腹腔粘连一例

Implementation and evaluation of the effect of health education in the elderly patients with constipation

沈阳军区兴城疗养院理疗科于2006年9月采用音频电、超短波综合治疗剖宫产术后腹腔粘连1例，疗效较为满意，报告如下。

Objective To investigate the effect and method of health education in the elderly patients with constipation.Methods 65 elderly patients with constipation aged over 60 were received health education in our sanatorium.Health information,ability of self health care and the basic knowledge of how to prevent disease were evaluated in the research objects.The symptoms,overweight or obese（body weight index,BMI）,blood pressure（SBP/DBP）,fasting plasma glucose（FPG）,triglyceride（TG）,total cholesterol （TC）,low density lipoprotein（LDL）and blood uric acid（UA）of the elderly patients with constipation before and after health education were observed and compared.Results After health education,the symptoms and health conscious of the patients were significantly improved（P0.01）.Overweight or obese,blood pressure,blood glucose,blood lipid and blood uric acid of the patients were improved in different degree（P0.01 or P0.05）.Conclusion It is feasible to develop health education in the elderly patients with constipation in our sanatorium. However,the influence of factors such as drug use,age and degree of education should be paid attention.
