摘要
目的:通过无水三氯化铝催化的Friedel-Crafts酰基化反应制得重要中间体4-(3,4-二甲氧基苯基)-6,7二甲氧基-1-萘满酮。方法:通过傅克酰化反应等合成该化合物;利用溶剂提取;采用柱色谱等方法分离化学成分。结果:经过四步反应合成了该化合物;其结构经1H-NMR、MS、IR等现代光谱技术分析表征。结论:该合成方法与文献报道的合成方法相比更加简便易行,收率较高。
Objective: 4 - (3,4 - dimethoxyphenyl) - 6,7 - dimethoxy - 1 - tetralone as an important intermediate was synthesized from O - dimethyl ether by the aluminium chloride - catalyzed Friedel - Crafts acylation. Methods : The compound was synthesizd by Friedel - Crafts acylation ; Column chromatography was used to isolate and purify the chemical constituents. Results : The compound 4 was synthesized by four step;The structure was characterized by H- NMR, MS and IR. Conclusion: The method of synthesis is simple, feasible and high - yield compared with methods which have been reported.
