摘要
目的探讨实时超声弹性成像技术在鉴别乳腺肿块中的诊断价值。方法应用实时超声弹性成像技术对58例患者共66个肿块行术前超声检查,测量肿块组织与周围组织弹性应变率的比值,以3.08为界点判断肿块的良恶性,所有病灶均经手术病理证实。结果 66个肿块中,良性45个,恶性21个,良性肿块弹性应变率比值为(1.88±1.29),恶性肿块的弹性应变率比值为(5.79±5.36),两者的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。以3.08为界点判断肿块的良恶性、诊断恶性肿块的敏感性95.2%,特异性88.9%,准确性90.9%。结论实时超声弹性成像技术对鉴别乳腺肿块的良恶性有较高的诊断价值。
Objective To identifying the diagnosis of investigate the value of breast masses. Methods real - time ultrasonic elastography (USE) in Fifty-eight patients with 66 lesions were examined by real-time USE. The strain ratio of the lesion and nearby breast tissue was calculated by the strain ratio measure method equipped with the ultrasonic machine. The cut-off of strain ratio is 3.08. All the cases were proved by surgical pathology. Results There were 45 benign and 21 malignant lesions. The strain ratio of benign lesions was(1.88±1.29),and that of the malignancy was (5.79±5.36). There was significant difference between two groups(P〈0.01 ). The sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy in USE in diagnosing malignant breast lesions were 85.7% ,95.6% ,and 97%. Conclusion Ultrasonic elastography has high value in identifying breast malignancy and benignancy.
