绿色荧光蛋白在肿瘤研究中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 自20世纪60年代被发现以来,绿色荧光蛋白(green fluorescent protein,GFP)因其化学性质稳定、无光漂白现象、用甲醛固定和石蜡包埋亦不影响其荧光性质等引起科学家的广泛关注。目前.GFP基因作为报告基因广泛应用于细胞生物学、分子生物学以及临床医学等研究中。
