摘要
对焦化汽油结焦机理和加氢反应器压降上升原因进行了分析,提出了通过降低原料换热温度来缓解焦化汽油生焦速率的解决方案。结果表明,装置连续运行2 a,反应器压差仅为130 kPa,确实做到了装置长周期运行。
The coking mechanism of coker gaso- line and the reason of pressure drop increasing in the hydrogenation reactor were analyzed. The solutions were proposed for decreasing the coking rate of coker gasoline via reducing raw material temperature. The results showed for 2 years, the pressure that after the unit running drop of reactor was only 130 kPa. The long - period running was realized.
