摘要
以加热炉温度控制系统作为研究对象,搭建了加热炉数学模型,研究基于PID控制算法的控制方案。仿真结果表明,PID控制算法存在一些不足。在此基础上,提出了基于广义预测控制算法(GPC)的轧钢车间加热炉温度控制系统控制算法。仿真实验表明,这种方法可以提高系统的动态性能,比普通的PID控制具有更好的控制品质,它将会有较好的工程应用前景。
Taking the temperature control system of a heating furnace as a research object,a math model of the heating furnace was built.The control scheme based on PID control algorithm is studied.Some shortages of PID control algorithm are indicated by the simulation result.Then a new control algorithm for temperature control system of heating furnace in steel rolling shop based on generalized predictive control algorithm(GPC) is studied.The simulation results indicate that this algorithm can improve the dynamic characteristic is more effective than the common PID control,and has a good prospect for engineering application.
