摘要
设计了一种波长调制光谱技术中DFB半导体激光控制电路,该控制电路包括波长调制电路、波长扫描电路和TEC控制电路。通过使用晶振、二进制计数器、带通滤波器以及程控衰减器产生波长调制信号,使用D/A转换器产生波长扫描信号,并且使用NLD0531BPQ芯片对激光器内置TEC进行控制,最后通过CO二次谐波谱线测量。激光器控制电路的参数全部采用数字控制,并且可以通过单片机进行调整。实验表明,该控制电路具有较高的稳定性,其控制精度达到了0.01℃。
A DFB diode laser controlling circuit for the implementation of the technology of wavelength modulation spectroscopy was designed.The controlling circuit was comprised of wavelength modulation circuit,wavelength scan circuit and TEC controlling circuit.Oscillator,Binary counter,Band pass filter and Programmable attenuator were combined to generate wavelength modulation signal,D/A converter was used to generate the wavelength scanning signal,and NLD0531BPQ was used for TEC control.Recorded second harmonic spectrum of CO tested the controller in the end.All parameters were controlled digitally,and were adjusted by MCU.Experiments proved a reasonable stability of this controlling circuit with a precision of 0.01 ℃.
