摘要
本文从石油企业面临的发展环境和可持续发展要求出发,阐述了石油企业业务拓展力的基本内涵和主要原则,并从树立理念、提升能力、拓展市场、科技创新和完善体制机制等方面提出了提升业务拓展力的主要措施。
From the development environment faced by petroleum companies and the requirements of sustainable development, this paper elaborates the basic connotation and main principles of the business development power of petroleum companies. Besides, it suggests major approaches to promote business development by establishing ideology, hoisting capacity, development the market, technological innovation and perfecting mechanisms.
