摘要
目的:本研究旨在通过将生肌玉红膏和生理盐水的疗效进行对比,进而阐述生肌玉红膏促进大鼠背部人粪污染创面愈合的作用机制。方法:将96只有背部人粪污染创面的大鼠随机分成2组,分别予生肌玉红膏(治疗组)和生理盐水(对照组)换药,分别测定2组造模后3、7、14 d和完全愈合时创面的碱性纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)、羟脯氨酸(Hyp)含量,并记录创面愈合时间和计算造模后3、7、14 d的创面愈合率。结果:造模后3 d,治疗组创面的bFGF、Hyp含量高于对照组(P<0.05)。造模后7 d,治疗组创面的bFGF、Hyp含量明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。造模后14 d,治疗组创面的bF-GF、Hyp含量低于对照组(P<0.05)。完全愈合时2组创面的bFGF、Hyp含量无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗组的创面愈合时间少于对照组(P<0.05),造模后3、7、14 d治疗组创面愈合率均比对照组高。结论:生肌玉红膏具有促进大鼠创面愈合的作用,其机制与其影响创面肉芽组织中的胶原蛋白和生长因子的合成有关。
Objective: To study the effect of Shengjiyuhong ointment on the wound healing of rat back through the separate treatment of Shengjiyuhong ointment and normal saline.Methods: 96 rats with back wounds contaminated by human excrement were randomly divided into two groups.The rats in the treatment group were dressed with Shengjiyuhong ointment while the rats in the control group were dressed with the normal saline.The basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) of 3-day,7-day and 14-day moldings and the completely healed days as well as the content of hydroxyproline(Hyp) were measured separately in the two groups and the healing time and the healing rate of the 3-day,7-day and 14-day moldings were also recorded.Results: The statistical analysis showed the bFGF,Hyp content of the wounds of the 3-day molding of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The bFGF,Hyp content of the wounds of the 7-day molding of the treatment group was obviously higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).The bFGF,Hyp content of the wounds of the 14-day molding of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The bFGF、Hyp content of the completely healed group showed no difference statistically(P>0.05).The wound healing time of the treatment group was less than that of the control group P<0.05)and the healing rates of the 3-day,7-day and 14-day moldings were higher than those of the control group.Conclusion: Shengjiyuhong ointment has the promoting effect on the wound healing of the rats back and its mechanism is related to the synthesis of collagen and growth factors in wound granulation tissue.
