摘要
考察用过氧化物硫化的不同牌号EPDM的加工性能、物理机械性能及新型补强剂Le部分替代炭黑N550对EPDM胶料性能的影响。结果表明,KELTAN4703具有较好加工性能及物理机械性能,随着新型补强剂Le/N550并用比的增大,胶料的门尼粘度和MH均减小,tc90增加,胶料的拉伸强度、撕裂强度都是先增大后减小,扯断伸长率、扯断永久变形和压缩永久变形先减小后增大,磨耗和弹性呈增大趋势。当新型补强剂Le/N550并用比为20/40时,胶料的综合性能最佳。
This paper studied the processing mechanical properties of EPDM vulcanizates cured by 2,5-bis(tert-butylperoxy)-2,5-dimethylhexane curing systems,and the influences of novel reinforcer Le on properties when it filled EPDM instead of N550.The results showed that the KELTAN4703 has better processing mechanical properties,and the mooney viscosity and MH were decreased,the Tc90 was increased,the tensile strength and tear strength were first increased and then decreased,the elongation at break and compression set were first decreased and then increased,the DIN abrasion and resilience were increased with the reinforcer Le/N550 ratio increasing.The optimal properties were obtained while the dosage of reinforcer Le /N550 was at 20/40 phr.
