摘要
通过研究发现,在盐酸介质(2.9 mol/L~6.5 mol/L)中,五价钒可与钽试剂生成紫色络合物,而为氯仿所萃取,此萃取物在526 nm波长有一吸收峰,钒质量浓度在0~0.007 5 g/L范围内符合比耳定律。该方法检出限为0.1 mg/L,标准偏差小于1.0 mg/L,变异系数小于4.3%。该法操作简便、分析快速,测定结果令人满意。
The research of this article found that in hydrochloric acid medium(2.9mol/L~6.5mol/L),the pentavalent vanadium tantalum reagents generated with purple complex,which can be extracted by chloroform,this extract has an absorption at 526nm peak wavelength,vanadium concentration in the 0~0.0075g/L within the law is obeyed.The method detection limit is 0.1mg/L,standard deviation 1.0mg/L,the coefficient of variation4.3%.This method is simple,rapid and determined with satisfactory results.
