摘要
为研究冷水七提取物对小鼠的镇痛作用和对小肠运动的影响,用小鼠热板法和小鼠扭体法测定镇痛作用,用小鼠小肠推进性运动实验观察小鼠肠运动。结果发现(1)冷水七提取物10g/kg和20g/kg剂量下与对照组比较对小鼠有明显的镇痛作用(P<0.001);(2)20g/kg剂量下与对照组比较能明显抑制小鼠小肠的运动(P<0.001)。
To study on analgesic effect and infulunce on intenstinal movement of Impatiens Omeiana extracts in mice. Analgesic effect was studied by mouse hot - plate and acetic acid writhing methods. Influence on intenstinal movement was observed by propelling movement test of mouse small intestine, the results showed Impatiens Omeiana extracts in a does of 10g/kg or 20g/kg have significant analgesic effect in mice (P<0. 001). The intestinal movement in mice could be inhibited obviously by Impatiens Omeiana extracts in a does of 20g/kg (P<0.001).
