摘要 针对原油加热输送过程中,加热炉输出温度的控制不够科学、精确,提出基于原油管道传热系数计算理想出站温度,然后以理想出站温度为加热炉输出温度给定值实施自动控制的思想,基于该思想提出了控制系统结构、软件架构和生产管理系统与自动控制系统的数据接口方案。并对原油管道加热炉控制技术未来的发展方向和研究重点进行了展望。 The control to the output temperature of heater in the course of heated oil transportation was not precise enough. The idea was proposed according to the above-mentioned situation. The ideal outgoing station temperature was calculated on the basis of the heat transfer coefficient of crude oil pipeline,then the ideal outgoing station temperature was regarded as the specified value of output temperature of heater,finally the automatic control to the heater was realized. According to the idea,the control system framework,software structure,data interface solution between the operation management system and the automatic control system were also put forward. The development trend and research emphases about this technology were summarized.
