海洋环境中设备底座形式的选择与分析

摘要 阐述了在设计海洋石油平台和FPSO(浮式生产储油卸油船)上设备底座时应该考虑不同环境、受力以及底座的腹板和翼板强度。从材料选择、应力状态校核、经济性等角度对两种底座进行分析比较,得出:虽然板材拼制底座从灵活性及受力性方面都要优于型钢拼制的底座,但考虑到其昂贵的成本,在设计底座时必须权衡安全性与经济性,使海上设备底座的设计达到最优化水平。 Different oceans may have different environments and forces applied to the webs and wing plates of the plinths of the equipments in the offshore platform and Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO). Therefore the above requirements should be considered in the design stage. The plate jointing plinth and shaped steel jointing plinth were analyzed in the aspects of material selection,stress check, and economy. Although the plate jointing plinth had the advantage over the shaped steel jointing plinth in terms of flexibility and force endurance,given its high cost,safety and economy must be weighed in the design of the plinth so as to achieve optimal level of the design.
