镁质中间包工作衬的研制与影响因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对目前所用的镁质干式料的不足,研制出以电熔镁砂为主要原料,二氧化硅微粉和粘土为结合剂,活性三氧化二铝细粉为烧结剂的镁质干式料,讨论了结合剂和烧结剂对干式料性能指标的影响。试验表明:研制的干式料性能优良,施工方便,平均使用寿命可达47 h,满足中间包使用要求。 At present,the applying dry magnesite refractory for clean steel has a lot of defect,the dry magnesite refractory is development with fused magnesite as main raw materials,microsilica and clay as binders,and active Al2O3 powder as sintering promoter.The influences of binders and agent of sintere on the properties of the dry magnesite refractory is discussed.The experiment shows that the magnesia dry refractory has characteristics such as convenient construction,long service life(more than 47 h) and good properties.It can satisfy the application ruirements of tundish.
