基于胜任力的中小学校长培训策略 被引量:4

摘要 当前的校长培训面临实效性差的困境,胜任力理论为校长培训摆脱困境提供了独特的视角和途径。以高绩效为培训目标,以胜任力作为培训需求评估、内容设置、方法选择和效果评价统一的分析概念,并运用一系列相应的策略构建基于胜任力的校长培训体系,不仅是校长培训范式的变革,也使培训摆脱实效性差的困境成为可能。
