摘要
采用大鼠环磷酸腺苷cAMP ELISA法,检测持续游泳训练后大鼠杏仁核cAMP浓度变化,以探讨运动应激引起机体反应的机制。结果表明,持续游泳训练后,除1 h时cAMP浓度显著低于对照组外(P<0.01),即刻、0.5 h、2 h大鼠杏仁核cAMP浓度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);训练后即刻,大鼠杏仁核cAMP浓度快速升高,至0.5 h时达到最高值,之后1 h时cAMP浓度急剧下降,2 h时其浓度回升,高于对照组的水平,随后4 h时下降至略低于对照组水平,但差异不显著。整个浓度变化曲线呈锯齿形。持续游泳训练后杏仁核cAMP浓度变化具有时相性;持续游泳训练可激活大鼠杏仁核环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)通路,进而影响机体的后续反应。
To detect the change of the cAMP contents in amygdale after exercise by using the method of ELISA,and explore the mechanism of the body's response by exercise stress.The result showed that:The cAMP contents in amygdale of rats at 0 h、0.5 h、2 h after endurance swimming has higher level than control group(P〈0.05),besides the cAMP contents of the endurance group at 1h is lower than the control group(P0.01);In amygdale,the cAMP contents rising rapidly and reach the peak at 0.5h after swimming finished,then the cAMP contents dropped at 1 h,the cAMP contents increased at 2 h,the level was higher than that of control group,and then dropped,the level was still lower than that of control group at 4 h after swimming finished.The change figure of cAMP contents appears the shape of sawteeth.It concluded that there must be a phasic change in the contents of cAMP.Endurance swimming could influence the cAMP signaling pathway in amygdale of rats with effecting the body's response.
