摘要
为保证电力系统的供电质量和安全经济运行,及时处理系统运行中的事故和异常现象,要求实现其远距离管理和监控,对大唐太原第二热电厂电气远动MIS系统进行改造。基于Java作为跨平台的技术体系,采用B/S结构进行开发,通过编写串口侦听程序对数据采样写入SQLServer2000数据库中,实现数据的采集、还原和存储。在不影响目前运行环境的情况下,实现厂级远动系统数据的采样和分析。对原有的环境只是使用一个RS232侦听接头,从当地显示系统中分离一组信号进行监听,然后分析报文,将数据通过串行服务器,以TCP/IP网络为载体,传递到信通中心的数据库服务器。
Long-distance management and monitoring is used to guarantee the safety and efficiency of power system.Therefore,accidents and abnormal phenomenon of the power system should be treated in time.The remote MIS systems of Taiyuan DATANG thermal power plant was improved in this paper.The system based on Java technology and B/S structure is a cross-platform system,which writes in the SQLServer2000 database through the compilation of a port listener,to achieve the data collection,reduction and storage.Data sampling and analysis of plant-level remote system was carried out without affecting the current operating circumstances.The RS232 connector can help monitoring and analyzing a group of signals of the local display system.The results will be delivered to the database server of ICT Centre through the serial server,taking the TCP/IP network as a carrier.
