摘要 以叔胺化星型聚酰胺基为核、十八烷基二甲基烯丙基氯化铵(ODAC)为疏水单体,通过光引发自由基聚合法合成了一系列不同ODAC含量的星型疏水缔合聚丙烯酰胺(sHMPAM);考察了ODAC含量对SHMPAM溶液的抗温性、抗盐性、过滤性、吸附性和抗剪切性能的影响。实验结果表明,在模拟油田地层水中,随ODAC含量的增加,SHMPAM溶液的临界缔合浓度减小;ODAC含量较高的SHMPAM溶液对温度有较强的敏感性;随矿化度的增加,不同ODAC含量的SHMPAM溶液的黏度均呈现下降—增加—下降的趋势;SHMPAM溶液通过1.2μm微孔滤膜时均表现出良好的过滤性;在石英砂表面的吸附曲线基本符合Langmuir等温吸附规律;经高速剪切后,不同ODAC含量的SHMPAM溶液表观黏度的保黏率均超过25%,具有一定的抗剪切性。 Star-shaped hydrophobic-associative acrylamide copolymers (SHMPAM) with different contents of octadecyl dimethylallyl ammonium chloride (ODAC), which were used in tertiary oil recovery, were prepared through photoinifiated free radical polymerization with (tertiary amine )- terminated polyamide groups as cores and ODAC as hydrophobic monomer. Effects of ODAC content on temperature resistances, salt resistances, filtration properties, adsorbilifies and anti-sheafing properties of the prepared copolymers were studied. Results showed that critical associating concentrations of the SHMPAMs decreased with increase of ODAC content. The SHMPAM with higher ODAC content was more sensitive to temperature. Viscosities of SHMPAMs with different ODAC content all fluctuated with increase of salt content in the simulated formation water. The SHMPAMs could pass through microporous membrane with 1. 2 μm diameter micropores easily. Adsorption of SHMPAM on quartz sand surface was in line with Langmuir isotherm. Viscosity retention rates of different SHMPAMs were more than 25% after high-speed sheafing.
