分析了手机电池盖塑件的成型工艺,详细阐述了该手机电池盖注射模的结构设计要点与工作过程,通过采用斜导柱抽芯和动模斜顶相结合的抽芯结构,使得模具的使用寿命和可靠性大大提高。
Analyzed molding process of mobile battery cover, design points and working process of injection mold were introduced in detail.Through using angle guide-pin core-pulling and moving mold angle ejector, enhanced the mold service life and reliability.
