Based on the integral defining of genre division, this paper attempts to straighten out the rheological trend towards ＂comparative＂ and ＂interultural＂ paradigms for poetics research, offer a comparative analysis of the metaphorical relationship between poetry of different cultures. Earl Miner has interpreted the connotations of primitive poetry from a multi-level and multi-dimensional domain and thus has contributed potentials for related conceptual definition and discourse analysis.
