摘要 运用随机前沿生产函数对黑龙江省及黑龙江垦区在1997-2007年间的农业技术效率进步和技术效率损失及影响因素作了对比分析。结果表明:黑龙江省及垦区农业技术效率进步较快,平均值达到0.9575,也存在4.25%的技术效率损失;同时灌溉率、受灾率、教育水平和制度变量都对技术损失产生反向影响,而家庭居民人均纯收入和时间变量都对技术损失产生正向影响。 This article makes comparative analysis of the loss,contribution and influencing factors of agricultural technical efficiency during 1997 to 2007 in Heilongjiang Province and Heilongjiang reclamation area with stochastic frontier production function.The results show that the efficiency of agricultural technology advanced rapidly in Heilongjiang Province and its reclamation area,reaching 0.9575 on average,and the loss of technical efficiency is 4.25%;at the same time,irrigation rate,disaster rate,educational level and system variables produces reverse effect on the technical losses,while the income per person and time variables produce positive effects on the technical losses.
