The Basic Idea to Improve the Rural Social Security System of China

目前,我国农村社会保障发展滞后。要完善我国的农村社会保障体系,完善农村社会保障管理体制,增加农村社保财政投入是重要的前提;加快建设农村居民最低生活保障制度是突破口;破除二元经济结构、建立城乡统筹的社会保障体系是根本途径。

Today,the rural social security of China is delayed.In order to improve the rural social security system of China,improving the managerial system of the rural social security and increasing expenditure are important premises;the most pressing matter of the moment is accelerating the construction of minimum subsistence guarantee system for rural resident;and the fundamental way is getting rid of the dual economic structure and co-ordinate the establishment of urban and rural social security system.
