摘要
突发群体性事件是突然发生的由多人参与的、冲突激烈的社会安全事件。它对社会的稳定构成了严峻挑战,必须积极探索应对方略,以便有效防止其发生。一旦发生,须及时妥善处置。文章对河北省突发群体性事件的预防和处置作了初步探索。
Mass unexpeced incidents are fierce social security events happen suddenly with many people involved.These incidents bring about serious challenges on social stability,and have to be handled positively to effectively prevent their occurrence.the paper mainly makes initial attempts to disscuss the disposal and precautions against mass unexpected incidents.
