摘要
人力资源管理外包项目的选择与排序对于人力资源管理外包是至关重要的。根据人力资源管理外包项目的影响因素,构建了人力资源管理外包项目评价指标体系,并采用层次分析法AHP和熵权法确定了指标权重,利用灰色关联分析方法GRA对各人力资源管理外包项目进行了评价、判别和排序,为人力资源管理外包项目决策提供依据。
It is very important in human resource management outsourcing to choose and order related projects. In this paper, the evaluation index system of human resource management outsourcing was built based on the related influence factors. The index' weight was decided by the AHP and Entropy-weight method. The human resource management outsourcing projects were evaluated and classified with the gray relation analysis method. This model and results gave great support to related decision-making.
