基于灰色关联度的区域自主创新能力模糊评价

Fuzzy Evaluation of Regional Capability of Innovation based on Grey Relation Grade

自主创新是企业提高核心竞争力的重要途径,也是一个国家长远发展的核心驱动力。从创新基础、创新投入与创新产出三个方面选取11个评价指标,运用灰色关联模糊评价方法对我国东、中、西各区域典型省份进行实证研究;这种研究方法避免了传统的在综合评价区域自主创新能力过程中遇到的权重赋值的人为性问题,使得实证结果更加科学、客观。研究表明,我国区域自主创新能力梯度差异显著,在此基础上针对各区域不同特点进行分析并提出改进性意见。

Independent innovation is an important way to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises,and also a core driving force for a country＇s long-term development. This paper selected 11 evaluation indexes from three aspects of the innovation foundation, the innovation investment and the innovation output,and used the fuzzy-gray correlation analysis model to undertake empirical study on the typical provinces of China in the east, middle and west regions. This method can avoid the limits of traditional evaluation methods, thus the results are more scientific and objective. The study showed that different regions in China had significantly different independent innovation ability. On this basis, the paper analyzed each region for its different characteristics and gave some advices for improvement.
