社会转型期初次分配领域正义原则重构研究

Research on Reconstruction of the Principle of Justice in the Initial Distribution Field in Social Transition Period

当代中国社会的公平正义尤其是分配领域的公正问题日益成为社会关注的焦点,分配公正与否很大程度上取决于分配过程中实行了什么样的原则。针对这一问题,运用马克思主义历史主义研究方法,结合中国社会转型期的特殊实际,反思"效率优先、兼顾公平"分配原则,借鉴罗尔斯的分配正义理念,认为要实现初次分配领域内的公平正义,必须践行平等原则、贡献原则和补偿原则。

Fairness and justice, particularly fairness in the area of allocation, become increasingly the focus of attention in contemporary China. Whether justice in the allocation process is realized or not depends largely on what kind of principles are implemented. Using the research methods of Marxist historicism, combined with the special realities of Chinese society in the transitional period, reflecting the principle of distribution of ＂giving priority to efficiency, with due consideration to fairness＂, and drawing on Rawls＇ distributive justice philosophy, the paper puts forward that in order to achieve fairness and justice in the initial distribution field, we must practice the principle of equality, the principle of contribution and the principle of compensation.
