从甲型H1N1流感疫情检测看口岸卫生检疫实验室技术水平配备需求

摘要 目的介绍笔者所在的广东局技术中心卫生检疫(BSL-3)实验室成立四年以来在实验室仪器设备、技术力量等方面的发展历程及在此次"甲流"疫情防控(实验室检测)中发挥的重大技术保障作用,总结国境口岸卫生检疫实验室技术力量发展需求,为该系统相关实验室建设发展提供技术参考。方法在2009年甲型H1N1流感疫情席卷全球的大背景下,广东局技术中心卫生检疫实验室充分发挥了自身强大的科技优势,做到"技术精湛,作风顽强,保障有力",为甲流疫情的防控做出了重大贡献。结果笔者认为广东局卫检实验室成功的案例具有广泛的示范意义,其实验室定位,硬、软件建设及人员结构等均值得系统内同类实验室借鉴。结论国境卫生检疫工作大有可为;国境卫生检疫实验室在发展过程中应更专业化、规范化,紧密结合《中华人民共和国国境卫生检疫法》要求及国内外疫情最新流行趋势,同时结合口岸一线检疫查验工作实际,快出成绩,多出成绩,以推动卫生检疫工作取得更大的进步。 Objective Through introducing the four years' development of health quarantine laboratory of Guangdong technology center in areas such as laboratory apparatus and technology development as well as its significant role in preventing the pandemic H1N1(2009),the author aims to summarize national frontier health quarantine laboratory need to provide technology references.Methods During the global outbreak of pandemic H1N1(2009),health quarantine laboratory of Guangdong technology center gave a full play of its technology advantage and made great contributions to the prevention and control of the pandemic by advanced technology,persistent working style and perfect preparation.Results The success of health quarantine laboratory of Guangdong technology center are referential and its orientation,material and soft conditions establishment as well as personnel structure also worth promoting among other laboratories nationally.Conclusion Frontier health quarantine is promising.Through combining with Frontier Health and Quarantine Law of the People's Republic of China,latest global infectious diseases development as well as frontier health quarantine practices,health quarantine laboratory should be professional and regulated to achieve more progress.
