The accelerating process of new type industrialization is requirement of the times and strategic choices in the XPCG＇s economic and social development and imperative strategic decision under economic globalization.In this paper, on the basis of the theory of industrialization, we analysis the features, the advantages and disadvantages of the new-type industrialization and propose the advise.
