清嘉道年间河南黄河水患的社会成因

The social causes of the Yellow River flood in Henan province in the Jiaqing-Daoguang periods of Qing Dynasty

清嘉道年间,河南黄河淤积非常严重,决溢漫流频繁发生。究其原因,既有自然条件的影响,又与当时的社会环境密不可分,而后者对河南黄河水患的频发起到了推波助澜的主导性作用。考察这一时期河南黄河水患的社会成因,为我们拓展黄河史及嘉道社会研究提供了一个有益视角。

In the Jiaqing-Daoguang periods of Qing Dynasty,the siltation of the Yellow River was very serious, and the floods also occured frequently in Henan province. The reasons for the floods had two aspects; one was natural conditions, the other was social environment at that time,and the latter played a major role for the frequent floods of the Yellow River in Henan province. Through the studying of the social causes of the Yellow River flood of this period in Henan province, we can broaden the research on the history of the Yellow River and the society of the Jiaqing-Daoguang periods.
